Mainstream Electric, a full-service contractor catering to commercial and residential customers in my local area, strives to ensure they are offering the highest quality service possible.

With the aim of reaching a more professional level, they wanted to expand their electrician business. To do so, they needed a polished website with detailed descriptions of their services and an extensive FAQ section, allowing them to spend more time fulfilling clients’ requests and less time answering their questions.

To make the customer experience more convenient, we devised a plan to update their website. This way, customers could easily locate what they are looking for and explore an FAQ section containing the most commonly asked questions. Moreover, a contact form was added to allow customers to contact the company to get the most appropriate solutions.

The end-product was a sleek website that gave an impression of being both modern and professional. Furthermore, it had all the features the business required for expansion.
