History of Beloit
Originally named New Holstein, Beloit was incorporated in 1837 and has a history that stretches all the way back to 1836, when August C. Kahl established a trading post on the Rock River. The city of Beloit has seen many changes over the years and is now home to over 20,000 residents. It is also noteworthy as one of three cities in Wisconsin that’s home to an institution of higher education – Beloit College.

They also have a fully stocked bar with tequila and whiskey to enjoy while you’re eating your tacos! From shrimp tacos to beef brisket tacos, this place has something for everyone. Hatley’s Pub
Hatley’s Pub has been a staple in Beloit for a while. They offer a full bar and restaurant with quick, efficient service. Plus, their food is delicious! One of my favorite items on the menu is the PUB burger; it comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. It also has french fries on the side. Hatley’s Pub is a wonderful place to go if you want tasty food that’s close to home and easy to get to! 2: The Cheese Shed (six sentences) The Cheese Shed is one of my favorite places to go because they have great sandwiches and salads made fresh in the house every day. I love coming here because it feels like a home away from home.
